Return & Exchange Policy
At Ambrane, we strive to ensure that you have a seamless shopping experience. While we do not offer direct refunds, we provide exchange or gift card compensation in the following cases:
1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange for a reverse pickup, inspect the product, and send a replacement if a manufacturing defect is found.
2. Out-of-Stock Items
In case your ordered product is out of stock, we will issue a gift card of equal value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
3. Warranty-Based Issues
For any malfunctioning products under warranty, our team will assess the issue and process a replacement if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Important Notes:
- All returns require a handover video at pickup and an unboxing video for verification.
- Minor scratches or dents may occur during repair/service under warranty.
- The gift card issued is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Returns: Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of ordering. Refunds are issued as gift cards.
